Overview

At Femboy Box, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality femboy clothing that they love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our Shopify store.

General Return Policies

  • Please note, that we only guarantee to offer refunds on items that are damaged, or defective. Returns on unfit sizes are also considered as defects or damaged. 
  • To refund an item based on a change of mind, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. 
  • Order cancellations are available within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please notify us as early as possible to avoid complications. After the lapsed time, you may not cancel your order. Please be patient and allow for the order to arrive to you.
  • Customers must provide for their own return shipping fees. This cost varies depending on the customer location.

Defective Items

  • If your product/products from Femboy Box is defective, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To lodge a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@femboybox.com and provide your order number and nesscessary photo evidence. 
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • When items are returned, items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Our warehouse staff will need to examine said product before a refund is issued.
  • For security and anti-fraud purposes, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. This ensures that refunds go directly to the verified purchaser, protecting both our customers and our business.If your previous card is closed, please contact your bank directly—they'll help transfer the refund safely.
  • Do NOT contact us with your card details. Never email or dm any of your financial information.

Sizing Issues

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team contact@femboybox.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Size Exchange: If the size you received does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Simply return the item in its original condition, and we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange due to sizing issues, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
